Storage Tip: Store in a cool, dry place. We do NOT use preservatives or anti-caking agents so hardening WILL occur. Try this: add 5-6 dried pinto beans or some rice wrapped in cheesecloth to the bag. Replace as needed. Honestly, we just give it a good shake each time we use it.
